List of Windows 11 Features

Getting to know the New and Cool features of Windows 11 and using them to increase productivity

Do you also experience the hustle of arranging the different windows on your desktop to switch the workflow, all of them at once on your screen? Although you can do that by some of the present given options in Windows 10, taking these options one step ahead is coming the Windows 11 where you would get a far better multi-tasking feel. Just like this one, several features will just stun you and make you wish that they were in your lives before.

Let’s start with the Start menu!

Being a Windows User and having that urge to try the taskbar of MacOS, have you ever got it? That is so natural. Windows 11 takes care of your longing to have that arrangement where all the taskbar icons are in the center along with the Start Menu. One cool thing is that all of the recent files you have been working with will appear here and the Start Menu too has got a simpler look and if you have Microsoft 365 running across your devices then even your recent devices will appear in the Start Menu.

This new feature lets you have all the taskbar icons aligned in the center and in case if you don’t like that and you are feeling nostalgic about Windows 10, you can anytime change the alignment back to the original left-one.

Seamless Workflow with new Multi-Monitor and Multi-Window Specs

Whenever we have a cluster of Windows opened in our Desktop and we want to organize them in such a way that we can have our eyes on them at once, in Windows 11, there is a feature called Snap Layouts which will allow us to position those Windows in the way we want and will save them for later use in the same manner.

If you want to use this feature, just simply click the Maximize button of any window and arrange them in the way you want!

Also, you do have Snap Groups which are the set of Windows you have arranged with the Snap Layout option and you can minimize all those windows as a Snap Group in the taskbar and use them again anytime later.

Forget the Android Emulators!

How amazing it could be if we got to run all the android apps without the fuss and high memory occupying Android Emulators! Well, well, well, Microsoft has taken care of it too. Yes, Windows 11 has an Android Store in it equivalent to the Google Play Store in your cell phones, where you can enjoy your favorite mobile apps along with Desktop apps in Windows 11.

To use the Android Apps in Windows 11, you would have to download Amazon Appstore and log in with your account and that’s it you can access about five hundred thousand android apps, not every single but most of them and most popular apps.

Windows 11’s New Microsoft Store with Desktop Applications

Windows will provide a newer and even better Microsoft Store with new Desktop Apps, as you can see in the Image you have VS Code, Canva, Disney+ Hotstar, etc. which you don’t get in Windows 10.
